IronSclad Solutions, Inc. is a business development and strategy development company headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama and focused on customers and businesses in the area.  This small business specializes in meeting your needs for business development, marketing strategy implementation, and through strategic alliances with other specialists, the company offers a complete range of business services for all companies:  Small businesses struggling with growth, Larger businesses maximizing new business investments, and Businesses not located in Huntsville, but who want an effective local presence.  All of these represent IronSclad Solutions, Inc. clients.

Jeff Irons, President, IronSclad Solutions, Inc., has over 20 years of business development experience in executive level positions as Director of Business Development for General Dynamics Space Systems Division and Washington Office, Vice President Grumman Space Systems and Space Station Divisions, Director of Huntsville Business Development for The Boeing Company, and Vice President of Market Development for Teledyne Brown Engineering.  In addition, Mr. Irons served as a minority technical consultant on Capitol Hill for the House Science Committee.

Mr. Irons also has developed strategic alliances with other local professionals who have focused on legislative strategy, business development and marketing, and they have also successfully led several turnaround efforts in new business leading to major program wins and keeping existing programs “sold.”
